Document Management Coordinator
Located in Mountlake Terrace, WA, Premera’s Document Administration team is responsible for document identification and administration, print procurement, inventory management, kit management, mass mailing projects, web publishing, translation services, periodic review management, obsolescence management, and research and reporting of documents. Specifically, this person should possess strong project coordination skills to perform a variety of document management tasks and print/mail procurement functions. It would be preferred that this person understands or has experience with the disciplines/principles of document management, relational databases, print/mail production or purchasing, and content management applications.
As a generalist position, a typical day for this person may include tasks like: managing department mailbox that includes a multitude of document management requests from customers, utilizing content management application to publish documents to web, coordinating less complex print and/or mail procurement projects, monitoring document data, and performing a multitude of data update/maintenance projects.
